On behalf of the TULAY Project conducted by DLSU-IBEHT, we would like to inquire if you have a directory of hospitals in Region 12 in order for us to send them, particularly their medical director, our request for a survey for our research project. Current efforts to search on Google have yielded inaccurate results often with emails bouncing back and incorrect contact numbers.
We would greatly appreciate any assistance on this. An accurate email address or contact number (mobile/landline) would be a great help already.
