Hi! I would like to request a copy of complete list of government and private hospitals in Quezon City, Philippines with their level as per the DOH Administrative Order 2012-0012. Along with that, I would like to request a copy of specialty hospitals in the same city. This information will be used in one of my course subject in Pharmacy. Thank you.

Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. Select the health facility type per region and download the data in Excel or CSV format.
