I am Kimhazel Palangan from the College of Nursing of Iloilo Doctor's College. 

I would like to request an information regarding:

1. The number of people diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (DMT2) since 2022-2023 with their demographic profile ( such as gender, age. If possible). 

I am hoping if possible a specific barangay in the Iloilo City. 

Furthermore, the data collected will be used for academic research purposes only and will be kept confidential.
