Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong pinansyal para sa aking ama na naka-confine ngayon sa hospital ng Sta.Rosa City, Laguna, sa kadahilanan sya po ay nagkasakit, at kailangan po magbayad ng nasa 40,000-50,000 a day para sa progress fee.

4. Laboratory or diagnostic request
5. Hospital bill
