October 30, 2018 Dear Freddie Sy, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 19, 2018 02:21:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for shockwave lithotripsy data Philippines. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested. What we can provide to you as of the moment are the list of all the DOH accredited hospitals in the Philippines and the Administrative Order on their respective functional capacity, as explained in our previous transaction with you.
