Hi!

I would like to request a soft copy of my Covid-19 Swab Test Result. I was tested last June 30, 2021 at Magsaysay Park Swab Center and I already got my swab test result thru text messages. They also sent me the google form link to request for a soft copy of my result but unfortunately, the link is not working.

I badly needed the soft copy of my swab test result as this is one of the requirements of the hospital that I am planning to give birth with.

I hope this will reach your humble office.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
