I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to request from your humble office the list of planning and design guidelines for a birthing facility and assistance center for birthing in the Philippines. I would use the information gathered to support my architectural thesis. Your data will help me strengthen and complete my study and my proposed project which is "A Proposed Teenage Pregnancy Assistance Center"
