Response to Request
Administrative Order (AO) No. 2012-0012, titled "Rules and Regulations Governing the New Classification of Hospitals and other Health Facilities," and its assessment tool, Department Circular 2018-0131, titled "Revised Licensing Assessment Tool for Hospitals," provide the guidelines for the regulation of hospitals in terms of physical plant, equipment, and personnel, which include the nurse patient ratio.
