For item 1, please refer to the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. Select the health facility type and download the data in Excel or CSV format
For item 2, we will endorse this to DOH- Health Human Resource Development Bureau ( HHRDB) for action. Kindly await their response.
For item 3, please directly coordinate with the health facilities for the list of their services.
