Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Unit of the Epidemiology Bureau does not collect data on the said request but we are sending the list of Notifiable Diseases available in the FHSIS.
