While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information of the architectural and other structural plans of Pagamutan Ng Dasmariñas as this is not a DOH Hospital. We ask that your coordinate directly with the Pagamutan Ng Dasmariñas at their telephone number (046) 481 4400 or at their facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Pagamutanngdasma/ for this data requests
