- Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital
- Dr. Ester R. Garcia Medical Center, INC.
- Isabela Doctors General Hospital, INC.
- Isabela South Specialists Hospital, INC.
- Lucas-Paguila Medical Hospital Incorporated
-Providers Multi-Purpose Cooperative Medical Center
- Tomas-Cacal Medical Clinic and Hospital
