I refer to my letter of Jan 24, 2022 02:33:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The list of people who are vaccinated in the Philippines in the month of dec - jan.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

Are you requesting for data on the number of people who got vaccinated? Also the purpose of your request is unclear as you indicated that " I need it because I lost my vaccine card, I can't leave the house when I need it", which is inconsistent with the request and the purpose. Kindly clarify on this request and specify what you need, and send us an email at foi@doh.gov.ph
