1. Vicinity Floor plan of the whole Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital
2. Number of maternal deliveries everyday and every year.
3. Analysis of maternal healthcare in the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital.

Good day! I am Mary Anne Kimberly Molina, an architecture student from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. I am currently taking up thesis class this term and this involves the data about the welfare of mother and child during pregnancy. I am studying about the design of existing maternity healthcare facilities and my professor recommended to use Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital for the case study as it is the biggest hospital catering maternal healthcare in the country. To proceed with my research, some of the data I would like to request are:

1. Floor plan/Vicinity plan of the whole hospital.
2. Floor plan of the maternity ward(s)/ spaces which cater to maternal health.
3. Annual delivery volume per labor and delivery room.
4. Ratio of overflow beds to labor and delivery room.
5. Ratio of operating rooms to labor and delivery room.
6. Ratio of annual delivery volume to total unit area.
7. Maximum distance between labor and delivery rooms.
8. Average distance from nurse station to labor and delivery rooms.
