I would like to request for information about the number of visually impaired on different regions, cities and municipalities of the Philippines from 2018-2023.
Please also include information about the major causes, breakdown by age, gender, level of impairment (moderate, severe, blind) and the efforts of the department on prevention and rehabilitation.
