You asked for Architectural plans of Research Institute for Tropical Medicine.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret that we cannot disclose the information being requested since RITM is a high security facility and cannot share to the public confidential information on its facilities due to biosecurity and biosafety concerns.
