Hello, I would like to request for a swab test. I was browsing on the internet when I saw this information, I experienced fever and body pain last week so I was advised by a doctor to rest and gave me prescription, I would like to make sure that I am negative from the Virus to be on a safe side and to keep people around me safe as well. Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
