While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that our office does not collect data on Hemophilia cases. All data gathered are posted in the FHSIS annual reports of the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

We suggest you inquire with the Hemophilia Philippines at http://hemophiliaphilippines.org/ on whether they gather the data being requested
