We would like to inform you that the existing 2020-2023 Mental,
Neurological and Substance Use (MNS) Registry is for final reconciliation and validation with the Provincial/City Focal Persons this 2nd quarter.
Attached is the letter from the DOH Regional Office Bicol for your reference. With this, may we inform you to coordinate with the Provincial Health Offices of the region.
