Good day! I would like to request the 2019-2021 FHSIS Report in an excel file since the publicly available version in the DOH website is only in pdf format. The requested file will be used for research, specifically on the impact of COVID-19 on maternal mortality ratio. Thank you very much!

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance We regret to inform you that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau only releases data in PDF format. However, the FHSIS Annual Reports (available at the DOH website) can be converted to Excel format using software. You may search online for free PDF to Excel converters.

Your right to request a review
