You asked for Budget for level 3 Regional Specialty Hospital.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
- - The ideal Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) budget of DOH hospital is computed using a standard formula considering several factors and hospital data.
The formula is composed of: 2004 MOOE=Standard MOOE support +Additional MOOE Requirements +Performance-Based Support.
*Standard MOOE: The factors considered here are the Inpatient days served, OPD visits, ER consultation, Infection Prevention and Control and Patient Safety cost, and the Projected income of the hospital.
*Additional MOOE: Specialty Center Functionality Score, Apex Hospital Score, Functionality of the Public Health Unit Score, and the Quantified Free Service(QFS) are the factors considered here.
*Performance-Based Support: The Hospital Scorecard Rating Score and the score on the timely submission of the reports are incorporated in this part of the formula.
