Dear DOH FMS,
I am Allan Millar, a local advisor to URC (https://www.urc-chs.com/), a USAID implementing partner.
Following my Aug 20 email to Maricel Dela Cruz (Budget Office) and an Aug 20 official letter to Usec. Balboa, Andrea (same office) advised me to log this request via FOI. We're requesting these data to ensure our proposed technical assistance aligns with DOH priorities:
• Dump prints, including by-object breakdown of the 2023 & 2024 DOH budgets
• Latest 2025 proposed budget
• 2025 budget presentation to Congress or Senate.
