Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We have already received this similar eFOI request from your classmate Angela Clarisse David. as we have mentioned, we regret to inform you that the said requests are not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports. However, we have data on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), which can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials (FHSIS Annual Reports > Morbidity Diseases/Notifiable Diseases).
