I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2020 04:00:05 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hospital admission rates per year of the population of Region IV-A.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

"Request for the hospital admission rates of Region IV-A sorted by province from the year 2015-2020." However, please be informed that data for the current year (SY 2020) is not yet available.  Kindly advise if you would need the data sorted by province? Thank you

I'm okay with the available data as of now, as long as it's from 2015 up to the most recent available data. And may i request to sort it by province for each year. Thank you.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please coordinate directly with the DOH hospitals in Region IV-A for this data request. You may find the list of DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

Please be informed that DOH has no jurisdiction over LGU and private hospitals.
