Visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers (DATRCs)

The DOH accredited DATRCs are posted in the HFSRB website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have this data on CLUP of Mandaue City
Comprehensive Development Plan and Zoning Ordinance of Mandaue City. We ask that you coordinate with the Mandaue City LGU at https://www.mandauecity.gov.ph/
