Good day.

I am both an MSIT student at DLSU and a system administrator at UP-PGH's IT department.

I would like to request a copy of the guidelines concerning EMRs to be certified by the DOH. This is intended for both my thesis research at DLSU and for internal use at UP-PGH as we plan to have our in-house EMR DOH-certified.
