2) List of existing infrastructures, government agencies, & NGOs catering Dementia cases in the city
3) Present programs supporting people w dementia in the city
4) City's Social Welfare & Development Plan
5) Calamba City CLUP
6) The city’s vision & goals for dementia care
7) Plan/s (if there is/are) to construct a facility/center that will specifically cater to dementia cases, & its prospect location (if there is/are)
