Hi! I would like to request for (1) cancer patient population, (2) mortality rate of cancer patients, and (3) 5 year prevalence data of every LGU (provincial, city, municipal level if possible).

Dear Arjay Torno,

I refer to my letter of Aug 24, 2021 03:59:18 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Cancer Patient Population.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please be informed that the data you are requested for items 1 & 2 on cancer patients is requested to hospitals. Kindly advise on which DOH hospitals would you prefer to send this request? Refer to the DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/hospital-website

For item 3 on the 5 year Cancer prevalence data of every LGU, can only refer you to the FHSIS annual reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. You may also want to coordinate with each LGU on this request.

Hi Thank you for working on this. We would need data from all registered hospitals since we are trying to produce data in LGU level. Is this possible?
