Hello! I would like to request for the following information:

-Data on the production of fortified foods
-Data on the marketing of fortified foods
-Data on the distribution of fortified foods

Based on RA 8976 or the Food Fortification Law, "The local food industries shall report on the production, marketing and distribution of fortified foods. They shall submit annual reports to the DOH, also indicating their industrial concerns and recommendations."

You asked for Data on the production, marketing, and distribution of fortified foods in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide  information whenever possible, in this instance the Food and Drug Administration does not have  the information you have requested.  The FDA-Center for Food Regulation and Research (CFRR) has no record of  the requested information since there was no local food company that has submitted the required reports in compliance to RA 8976.
