While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the DOH Health Emergency Management Bureau does not collect the data being requested. 

You may want to request this data from the Philippine National Red Cross at https://redcross.org.ph/
