-The Department Order(DO) 2021-0001, which is the operational document for the establishment of especialty centers, details the list of DOH hospitals designated as Specialty Centers per region. Furthermore, the issuance also includes the Resource Stratified Framework, which describes specialty care services, human resources, equipment, and infrastracture requirements at each facility level accross the healthcare continuum.
