I would like to request for the following data:

a. Anonymized/coded raw data of Prevalence Breast Cancer in Western Visayas between 2015-2017, according to age, sex, province (Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, City/Municipality and, and breast cancer stages.

b. Anonymized/coded death records of neoplasm/cancer in Western Visayas, according to cancer.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, we would like to refer you to the Provincial Health Offices (PHOs) concerned for the official data.
