While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that DOH does not have custody of this information and we ask that you coordinate with the Bureau of Working Conditions under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is the appropriate office to respond to this request.
