I would like to request for the following:
 
1.) What are the guidelines formulated by the Philippine College of 
     Surgeons (PCS) for the trauma capability of hospitals?

2.) Guidelines in the planning and designing a Trauma Center 
      (specialized hospital) in the Philippines.

3.) What are the Surgical Specialties in charge in the Trauma Center?

     that is related for Trauma Center.

You asked for The guidelines for the trauma capability of Hospital.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. There is no Guidelines in the planning and designing a Trauma Center and this is included in the DOH Philippine Health Facility Development Plan. 

You may want to visit the National Database of Selected Human Resources for Health at https://ndhrhis.doh.gov.ph/ for the number of doctors and other healthcare providers per region.
