Hi I would like to request information regarding the leading cause of Mortality and Morbidity of Cagayan Province for the last 5 years (2019-2023) or (2015-2020).

1. Top 10 morbidity rate
2. Top 10 Mortality rate
3. Vital indices 
4. Behavioral and non-behavioral risk factors 

This will help me finish my final thesis requirement for my course Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy.
