Good day, ma’am/sir. I would like to follow up on my request for an update of information for my VaxCert record. I requested the update in May, and I sent an email 2 times to follow up, but no reply was given. I also tried calling the hotline but could not get through. Kindly inform me if any updates are available. The reference ID is #2012787. Thank you very much.
