Hi, I would like to request for the updated vaxcertph certificate with "No Records" of my 1st dose. I already had my 1st dose dated October 09 , 2021 and Second dose dated on October 30, 2021 but as I attempt to pull-up my record, it was still no record of my 1st dose.
