Hi I would like to request information regarding the ff:
1. Admission numbers, recovery numbers and other useful statistical data on the drug rehabilitation centers here in Central Luzon (REGION III)
2. Programs and Services offered at Public Drug Rehabilitation Centers.
3. The most effective and ineffective drug that is given to Patients in Rehabilitation Centers in Philippines.
4. Percentage of patients in rehab center who are from Jail and percentage of those who are admitted in their own choice or choice of family member

Don't worry, you can still check this link for all DOH DATRCs and rest-assured that we can refer your data request to the Mega DATRC and Bataan DATRC, kindly specify DOH DATRCs you want aside from Mega and Bataan. I refer to my letter of Oct 12, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Percentage of patients in rehab center who are from Jail and percentage of those who are admitted in. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 04, 2024.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
