Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student at Batangas State University and currently conducting my undergraduate thesis regarding hospitals.

With this, I would like to request for the as-built plans of San Pablo City General Hospital such as:

1. Floor Plans
2. Elevations and Sections
3. Site Development Plan
4. Vicinity Map
5. Findings of the Structural Analysis of the hospital
6. Structural Plans

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the data of San Pablo City General Hospital, as it is not a DOH hospital and an LGU Hospital. We ask you coordinate with San Pablo City General Hospital at https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=141567489250059 for this data request
