Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information of the architectural and other structural plans of Dra. Olivia Salamanca Memorial District Hospital as this is not a DOH Hospital and a hospital managed by the Dasmarinas City LGU. We ask that you directly coordinate with the Dra. Olivia Salamanca Memorial District Hospital or through the Dasmarinas City LGU for this data request
