While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance We regret to inform you that the Epidemiology Bureau-Field Health Services Information System (EB-FHSIS) Unit does not have data on the said request. All data being collected by the FHSIS is the FHSIS Annual Reports that can be found at this link: http://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials.

We ask that you also inquire with the Philippine Neurological Association at https://www.philippineneurologicalassociation.com/ for this information
