January 31, 2024 Dear Mary Rose Acosta, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 28, 2023 10:46:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for A Study by the Department of Health (DOH) in 2011 on social media in the rise of HIV/AIDS. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the HIV program is not familiar with the mentioned research paper conducted in 2011.
