Hi! 
I respectfully seek access to the complete research paper conducted by the Department of Health in 2011. This study reportedly establishes a correlation between the utilization of social media platforms and the heightened occurrence of HIV/AIDS infections.

You asked for A Study by the Department of Health (DOH) in 2011 on social media in the rise of HIV/AIDS.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the HIV program is not familiar with the mentioned research paper conducted in 2011. 

Kindly furnish us a copy of said research paper for us to probe to concerned DOH office on the matter
