While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our office does not have custody of the requested data. We are only limited to cause of morbidity and mortality and not in detail to secondary cause. 

Kindly coordinate with the City Health Office of General Santos LGU
