Greetings!

May I ask for the following data for my research:
1. Number of all public and private active newborn screening and hearing screening facilities in the provinces of Sorsogon, Masbate and Catanduanes with their facility contact information (eg. email address) .
2. Template of the old and new paper based reporting tool and online reporting tool for NBS and NBHS
3. 2019-2023 data for NBS and NBHS accomplishment in the Bicol region and per province data. (NBS/NBHS done vs Livebirths)
