While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

Please be informed that this data in handled per facility and we regret to inform you that we do not have custody of this data. Kindly refer to the DOH National Health Facility Registry at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines and directly coordinate to the health facilities in Cavite for this data request
