Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines, You may select the facility type and download data in Excel or CSV format

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not gather data specifically on the number of heart treatment center in the Philippines or based on the services of the facility. We ask that you directly coordinate with the health facilities for further data to support your study
