Good day . I would like to request for the Annual Health Facility Statistical Report of the following hospitals in bulacan . The data will be used for my thesis in MBA health University of Makati . 
hospitals :
1. La Consolacion University General hospital ( plaridel bulacan )
2. Bulacan Polymedic Hospital (Guiguinto bulacan )
3. Graman Medical and Maternity Hospital (Malolos bulacan )
