Hi! May I request to your good office to provide the raw data about the lung cancer patients on stage I to III: 
•	Age
•	Either the patient is a smoker or nonsmoker
•	Gender
•	The treatments they have received:
- chemo therapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and radiotherapy, laser treatment, or a combination of treatments
•	Family background (if they have/had a family member that had a lung cancer)
•	If the patient is exposed to second-hand smoke.

Our response to your request is due on Feb 23, 2019 12:28:36 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because we
have yet to receive response from the DOH Disease Prevention and Control Bureau.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Lung Center of the Philippines does not give out raw data of patient to the public consistent with the Data Privacy Act.
