Hi! I would like to request information about the vaccine administered to me last Nov 28, 2022. LGUs went house to house to administer vaccine to the neighborhood. I want to check expiry date of the vaccine as follows:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the requested information and we ask that you coordinate with the Caloocan City Health Department at https://caloocancity.gov.ph/ for this request
