Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the mortality and morbidity of the following neurologic conditions:

1. Stroke
2. Dementia
3. Epilepsy
4. Headache Disorders
5. Multiple Sclerosis
6. Neurologic disorders associated with malnutrition
7. Pain associated with neurological disorders
8. Traumatic brain injury
9. Parkinson’s Disease

All statistical data requested will be used for Research purposes.
